How can I track my order?
Track your order by entering your order number and email address in the tracking form on this page or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or text message.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding major holidays. Orders placed Monday-Friday with Priority Processing ship within 24 hours if placed before cut-off time. Orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday and weekends will be processed on the next business day.
How long does shipping take?
- Standard: 3 to 5 business days
- Expedited: 2 to 3 business days
- Express1 to 2 business days
Why isn't my tracking information updating?
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order is shipped. If it has been more than 24 hours and your tracking information is still not updating, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
My order shows it has been delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
Carriers sometimes mark packages as 'delivered' before they've dropped them off. Please allow 2-3 business days for full delivery to be completed. If it's been more than 3 business days since you received the notification, first contact the carrier. If you still can't locate your order, contact our customer support team for further assistance.
What should I do if my order is lost or damaged?
If your order is lost or damaged, please contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the issue. We will assist you in resolving the problem as quickly as possible.
