Domestic Shipping (US)
- Standard (3 to 5 business days): Free for orders of $75 USD or more; $8 USD for orders under $75 USD
- Expedited (2 to 3 business days): $20 USD
- Express (1 to 2 business days): $35 USD
Canada Shipping*
- Standard International: Free for orders of $150 CAD or more; $25 CAD for orders under $150 CAD
- Express shipping options may be available at checkout for select products, depending on destination and item eligibility.
Australia Shipping*
- Standard International: Free for orders of $450 AUD or more; $50 AUD for orders under $450 AUD
- Express shipping options may be available at checkout for select products, depending on destination and item eligibility.
International Shipping*
- Standard International (Worldwide): $40 USD
- Express shipping options may be available at checkout for select products, depending on destination and item eligibility.
*Customers with shipping addresses outside of the U.S. are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
**Due to the high volume of orders during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas, it's not uncommon for delays to occur.
Processing
- Orders are shipped out Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays.
- Orders may take up to 48 hours to process before shipment.
- Orders placed after cut-off** time on Friday and weekends will be processed during the next business day*.
- Orders placed on major holidays ship the next business day*.

** Cut-Off Time: Monday-Friday 2:00pm ET
Priority Processing
- Need your order to be on its way as soon as possible? Our Priority Processing at FleekFellows guarantees that your order is processed before others. Think of it as having a skip-the-line pass, where your order gets priority over our standard orders.
- Orders placed Monday-Friday with Priority Processing ship within 24 hours.
- Please note that Priority Processing is not a substitute for Expedited or Express Shipping. Both services are available for your convenience. If you choose both, your order will be given priority and your shipping will be sped up.
- At this time, Priority Processing is only available for orders in the USA, which excludes international orders.

Missing or Undelivered Orders
In the event that you do not receive your order, please notify our Customer Support Team within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Be sure to include your order number and any relevant information. We will collaborate with our shipping partners to investigate and resolve the issue. Please note that reports made after 30 days may not qualify for further investigation.
Damaged Items
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please notify our Customer Support Team within 14 days of receiving the order. Be sure to include your order number and relevant details. We will assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action.
Please do not discard the shipping box, packing materials, item, or item packaging until instructed, as the carrier may require them for inspection.
Please note that reports made after 14 days may not be eligible for further investigation.
Misdeliveries
Shipments returned due to an incorrect shipping address will require an additional charge for reshipment. We are not responsible for delays in delivery times, packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
