By Vilain Neon is a multiple purpose Sea Salt fluid that locks in volume, adds control and cares for your hair with heat protection and nourishing ingredients. It can be used as a pre-blow-dry product (as it comes with thermal protection up to 300C), or to create those carefree tousled looks ( simply apply and air dry).

It has anti-static properties that prevent fly-away hair stands, and nourishing ingredients that prevent build-ups.

• Shake well before use. Rub a dollop between palms and run through the hair, root to tip. Blow-dry for fullness. Air-dry for tusseld just-out-the-ocean look.
